Franchise candidates should possess exceptional people skills along with a strong management background acquired in the full-service restaurant industry. Franchise candidates who do not have the above experience must demonstrate the ability to assemble a team with qualified restaurant experience. Franchise candidates must also have the skills and ability to develop multiple units in specific, designated areas in accordance to agreed upon development agreements.
